Probiotic Plus combines 7 different strains of bacteria together with amylase and cellulase, enzymes needed for the breakdown of carbohydrates and cellulose from plants. Probiotic Plus also contains beta-galactosidase, which is an enzyme needed for the breakdown of lactose, and is known to be lacking in those who are lactose-intolerant. It is ideal for everyday use.

Our probiotic plus capsules are suitable for adults and children from the age of 1 year.

If pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any kind of medication or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare practitioner before using this product.

This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.

You may experience a change in bowel function/habits for a few days which may present as a gurgling/wind/change in bowel frequency. This is perfectly natural with taking any probiotic and will generally settle down after a week or so. Reducing the dosage may help alleviate this.

Dosage

Suggested use:

1-2 probiotic plus capsules daily, or as directed.

Children aged 1-2: 1 capsule daily
Children aged 2 onwards and adults: 1-2 capsules daily
