Ingredients: Organic Pea Protein (75%), Freeze Dried Banana (12%), Coconut MCT's (5%), Chicory Root (3%), Konjac Fibre (3%), Natural Flavour, Vitamin C, Green Tea Extract, Stevia.

Sweeteners: Stevia
Directions:
Put 300mls of water in to a protein shaker or blender and add 1 scoop of Banana, chocolate or strawberrry favour and blend until smooth, pour or drink from blender. Glucomannan fibre is designed to swell in the tummy so drink quickly so that it does't have time for the fibre to start to swell. Mix with water/milk/dairy substitute or alternatively blend into a smoothie.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake/dose
