D-Mannose is a naturally occurring simple sugar found in foods such as cranberries, which may help maintain a healthy bladder lining. When taken orally, D-mannose is minimally metabolized and rapidly excreted in the urine, so it does not tend to affect healthy blood sugar regulation.
