ió fibrewater is an award-winning naturally flavoured prebiotic water that's a first of its kind in the UK. Each bottle provides 100% of the daily recommended prebiotics intake and 20% of the recommended daily fibre intake - while still remaining totally clear in appearance like regular water.

Ingredients: Filtered water, chicory root fibre (inulin), erythritol, non-GMO corn fibre, flavourings, acidity regulator: citric acid, Sicilian lemon oil, sweetener: steviol glycosides (from Stevia)

 
One bottle (500ml) of ió fibrewater contains 6g of dietary (daily) fibre and 4.5g of prebiotic fibre. The International Scientific Association for Probiotics and Prebiotics (ISAPP) suggest 3g of prebiotics daily, and UK government guidelines recommend 30g of dietary fibre per day.
Additives: Citric acid
Sweeteners: Steviol glycosides (from Stevia)
Directions:
Adults to consume one bottle (500ml) per day for the first 2 weeks. After which intake can be increased if required. ió fibrewater can be consumed with or without food.

ió fibrewater is suitable for children from the age of 2. 150-170ml per day for ages 2-4. For ages 5-14, half a bottle (250ml) per day at most. Ages 15+ can enjoy a full bottle (500ml) per day in line with adults.
Storage:
Once opened keep refrigerated
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
