Directions for use

Directions:
Time to Restore Magnesium Lotion can be applied as often as needed, including after physical activity or prior to sleep.

Application tips:
For best results, use daily.
Apply this natural Magnesium lotion all over the body or to the desired area until the lotion is fully absorbed. Gently rub into warm skin, shortly after bathing/ showering.
How to increase absorption:
Apply to a larger area of skin, increase frequency of application, increase temperature of the area of application, apply to well-hydrated skin.
