Thiamin (as Thiamin HCI), Riboflavin (as 25mg Riboflavin and 5mg as Riboflavin 5’-Phosphate Sodium), Niacin (as Niacinamide), Vitamin B6 (85mg from 106mg as Pyridoxine HCI and 15mg from 25mg as Pyridoxal 5’-Phospate), Folate (200µg as L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate from L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolic Acid, Glucosamine Salt), Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), Biotin (as d-biotin), Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium Pantothenate) and Choline (as Choline ) Citrate, bulking agent: cellulose, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, calcium laurate, hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule

This amount of Niacin may cause skin flushes in sensitive individuals.
Long term intake of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.

Folinic acid and 5-methyl-tetrahydrofolate supplementation is not recommended concurrently with methotrexate cancer therapy, as they can interfere with methotrexate's anti-neoplastic activity; however, these folate sources have not been shown to interfere with the anti-inflammatory activity of methotrexate. An individual taking methotrexate for psoriasis or rheumatoid arthritis can safely take a supplement containing folate.
