Directions for use

Directions:
Bath: Dissolve 250g into a warm bath and relax in the water for 20 minutes. For an intense muscle soak add 500g into a bath.

Footbath: Add 150g to enough warm water to cover the feet and soak feet for 20 minutes.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
