There are five grains in this porridge, giving it loads of texture from tiny nibbles to bigger bites. Rude Health are especially chuffed with these linseeds. They have a gently nutty, earthy flavour. And those two kinds of linseed are teamed up with eight other, similarly flavour packed ingredients.

Porridge Oats, Jumbo Oats, Oatmeal, Barley Flakes, Rye Flakes, Golden Linseeds, Linseeds, Pumpkin Seeds (2.5%), Sunflower Seeds (2.5%), Poppy Seeds, Buckwheat Flakes, Quinoa Flakes

Directions for use

Directions:
Serves 1, or 2 less hungry people: 1/2 cup porridge (50g) 1 cup milk or water (250ml).

In A Pan: Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 - 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Microwave: Pour ingredients into a bowl and cook on full power for 2 minutes then stir. Cook for a further minute, then stir. Leave to cool and thicken for 2 minutes.

Storage:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
