Aqua, Magnesium Chloride, Methylsulfonylmethane, Magnesium Sulfate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride and Calcium Chloride

Directions for use

Directions:
For a foot bath: Add 150-200g (3-4 scoops) flakes in warm (not hot) water and enjoy it for minimum 20 minutes or longer if desired.
For a bath soak: Add 250-300g (4-6 scoops) flakes in warm bath and relax for minimum 20 minutes or longer to obtain full body rejuvenation.
