Directions:For sleep support, take 1-3 capsules 20-30 minutes before sleep. If your goal is to increase NAD levels by inhibiting the enzyme CD38, take 2-4 capsules per day before bed.Apigenin is fat-soluble, meaning it is best absorbed by the body when taken with a fat source. Healthy options for this are avocado, yoghurt, coconut or extra virgin olive oil.CD38 inhibitors are not recommended when fighting an active infection. CD38 helps regulate immune cell activity and promotes the production of important inflammatory molecules that control and eliminate pathogens.

Because Apigenin has sedative properties, it might compound the effects of certain sedating medications such as Diazepam. It has also been shown to interact with certain chemotherapy agents and may interfere with the effectiveness of certain anti-anxiety medications such as Diazepam. In some people, Apigenin may act in a similar way to the hormone Oestrogen and, therefore, interfere with certain hormone replacement therapy interventions.
