Directions:
Delicious warm or cold. Irresistable as a creamy pasta sauce, a dip or spread on bruschetta. Remove excess oil before serving.

Storage:

• Once opened keep refrigerated
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
• Once opened, refrigerate and use within two weeks, keeping the surface of the spread covered with a layer of olive oil.
