Ashwagandha maximum dosing by age:

18 months: No more than 1g per day

3 years: No more than 1.5g per day

7 years: No more than 2g per day

9 years: No more than 2g per day

Normally we hear naturopathic doctors use 1-2 dropperfuls up to 3 or 4 times a day (which would be between 300mg on the low end to 800mg at the high end) with satisfaction.
