Directions:
Recommended daily amount for adults: 1-2 teaspoons (4-8g), for children: 1 teaspoon (2-4g)

Preferably in the morning before meals, taken pure so that it can enter the bloodstream directly through the mucous membrane. It can also be taken during meals or mixed into your drink.
