Ingredients: Dried Fermented Wheat Germ Extract, Maltodextrin, Anti-caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Water-Soluble Dietary Fibre (from Maize), Natural Orange Flavouring, Salt, Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides from Stevia).
Contains wheat (gluten).
Adults up to 200 lbs (89kg) in body weight take 1 Avemar sachet daily.
Adults over 200 lbs (89kg) in body weight take 1 Avemar sachet in the morning and 1 Avemar packeti in the evening.
Children between ages 2-5: take 1/2 sachet daily.
Children between ages 6-13: take 3/4 sachet daily.
Add contents of Avemar sachet to 4oz of cold water (or cold juice or smoothie), mix well and consume within 30 minutes.
To maximize absorption consume Avemar:
