Directions:
Mix one tablespoon of Organic Traditions Barley Grass Juice Powder with water, coconut water, juice, smoothie or any other recipe that you want to boost with vibrant green nutrition.
For those new to barley grass juice powder, begin with one teaspoon daily, and increase up to three teaspoons either in divided doses or at one time as one tablespoon depending on how green you prefer your beverage to be.
Make pesto, raw vegetable soups, salad dressings, dips and more.
