Ingredients: Medium Chain Triglycerides (Coconut), Vitamin K2 compound K2VITAL MK-7® (Medium chain triglycerides, menaquinone-7), Vitamin D3 Compound (Medium chain triglycerides, plant derived cholecalciferol, antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract)), Peppermint Oil (Mentha piperita).

Important Information

It’s always good to check with your doctor before taking supplements like this one if you:

You should never supplement K2 if you’re on blood-thinning medication such as warfarin.

Dosage

You don’t have to take Beam & Balance with food, but it’s generally better to take supplements at meal times to get into the routine.

Maximum doses:

  • 3-10 years: 1 spray a day
  • 11+ years : Up to 3 sprays a day
  • 18 years+ : Up to 3 sprays a day

To break it down for you some more:

3 sprays contain 4,000IU of D3 and 100ug of K2, which is the maximum dose. You can also take one spray for just over 1,300IU of D3 depending on your needs.

For kids’ general wellbeing 1-3 sprays a week is usually plenty. But if you don't feel that's enough, try 1 spray a day for 3-10 year olds and 1-3 sprays a day from 11 years and up.

To know exactly what dose should be taken, we recommend taking a vitamin D blood test to find out your current level.
