Directions:
Two capsules to be taken before bed. To improve sleep latency take one hour before sleep.

This product has been formulated predominantly for women going through perimenopause and menopause but may be suitable for others based on needs.

Please note for continuing customers the formula was update in May 2025 to include Vitamin K2 alongside Vitamin D3. B12 is included at a lower dose that in the original formulation.

Option for single capsule dosing where nutrient needs are lower.

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
• Store in the bag with the seal closed.
