Directions for use

Directions:
Two capsules to be taken before bed. To improve sleep latency take one hour before sleep.

Due to high levels of Vitamin D (4000 IU in 2 capsules) this product should not be combined with other Vitamin D supplements unless prescribed by a doctor.

This product has been formulated predominantly for women going through perimenopause and menopause.

Option for single capsule dosing where nutrient needs are lower.

Storage:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
  • Store in the bag with the seal closed.
