Directions:Adults and children over 10 years: one teaspoon (4g) per day for three days, increasing to two to three teaspoons (8-12g) if required. Children aged 2-10 years: half a teaspoon (2g) per day for three days, increasing up to a teaspoon (4g) one to two times daily if required.Maintenance dose: one teaspoon per day. Powder may be added to drinks, cereals, yogurts, smoothies, water or taken directly from the spoon.
