Pantothenic acid, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) equiv. pyridoxine, Folic acid (Vitamin B9), Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), Ascorbic acid, d-alpha-Tocopheryl acid succinate equiv. d-alpha-Tocopherol, (Natural Vitamin E) (soy), Taurine, ethylcellulose, magnesium stearate, silica-colloidal anhydrous, cellulose-microcrystalline, hypromellose, croscarmellose sodium, starch tapioca (sulfites), hypromellose, macrogol 400, carnauba wax.

Directions for use

Directions:
Take one tablet twice daily, or as prescribed by a healthcare practitioner.
