Directions for use

Directions:
Adults take one capsule daily. Take with a glass of water, ideally first thing in the morning. Do not take within half an hour of consuming hot food or drinks.

Storage:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
  • To be stored in a cool, dry place and protected from light, preferably in a refrigerator.
