Directions:What You Need:100g Pancake Mix(1/2 cup) milk of choice3 large eggs1 tablespoon butter or oil of choiceInstructions:Using a whisk, thoroughly combine all the ingredients in a bowl.Grease a frying pan with oil/butter. Heat until almost smoking to seal the pan and prevent sticking. Once hot, turn to low heat and wait for 30 seconds.Spoon the batter into the frying pan on a low heat, forming three pancakes approximately 10cm in diameter. Cook for 45-60 seconds or until you see bubbles.Carefully flip each pancake and cook the other side for a further 45 seconds or until golden.Serve with your favourite topping.
