Directions:
Recommended daily amount for adults: 1-2 teaspoons (4-8g), for children: 1 teaspoon (2-4g)

For best results take it directly from the spoon so that it can enter the bloodstream directly through the mucous membrane. Preferably in the morning before meals.
It can also be taken during or after meals or mixed into your drink.

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
• Superfood crystals are very sensitive to heat and humidity. Make sure you secure the lid straight after consumption.
