A variation of the popular Cascara Compound Capsules, but omitting the hot herbs (cayenne and ginger) and replacing them with lavender, a cool herb but one with circulatory properties. The prime ingredient is cascara along with turkey rhubarb root, barberry, wild yam, lavender, fennel and raspberry.

Ingredients: (Min per Vegetarian capsule) Cascara 95mg, Lavender 38mg, Barberry 38mg, Rhubarb Root 38mg, Raspberry Leaf 38mg, Wild Yam 38mg, Fennel 38mg.

Important Information

Not suitable for use during planned pregnancy, pregnancy or breast-feeding
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake/dose

Additional Warnings:

Dosage

Directions:
One capsule, three times a day, taken with food or a drink. If desired, up to three times this amount can safely be taken.
Drink an extra 1-2 glasses of water a day.
