Ingredients

Instant cereal drink, (barley, rye, chicory), calcium carbonate, retinyl acetate (Vitamin A), ergocalciferol (Vitamin D), L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C).

Directions for use

Directions:
Add two teaspoons (5g) of Barleycup to hot, but not boiling, water (250ml). Add any type of milk or plant-based drink to taste.

Storage:

  • Once opened keep refrigerated
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
