Directions:
Consumption can vary with activity levels, state of health and age
Start-up: one teaspoon per day for the first week or two
Caution: Chlorella can initially result in mild bowel movement changes in some people, introduce it slowly and only increase the amount after these changes disappear
Increase up to two teaspoons per day
Best taken with or after meals with plenty of fluid (preferably pure water)
You can take chlorella with every meal or once a day
