The raw material for chocolate is cocoa beans of the original Criollo variety, cultivated by hundreds of families for life's work in the Peruvian Amazon in the heart of the rainforest. Our sweet snacks gets its sweetness from Indonesian coconut sugar with a low glycemic index, which has been titled the most sustainable sweetener in the world. Bacillus coagulans probiotics have been added to all our chocolate products.
