Directions:
Cordyceps mushroom powder blends instantly when stirred into warm water. Add between half and one teaspoon of the powder to your favourite pre and post-workout smoothies to create an energy-boosting beverage.
Cordyceps can also be added to culinary creations, including energy bars, protein balls and raw chocolates.
