Directions for use

Directions:
Shake Well: Before opening, give the pouch a good shake to ensure all botanicals and vitamins are evenly mixed.

Prepare Fresh Water: Start with freshly boiled water for the best flavour.

Measure: Place 4 grams or 2 heaped teaspoons of loose-leaf tea into an infuser.

Brew: Steep the tea for approximately 5 minutes to fully infuse flavours and aromas.

Storage:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
