Directions:
Recommended dosage for adults: Add 10g (two heaped teaspoons) to water or juice once or twice a day. Drink additional water or fruit juice (minimum 400ml). It is possible to reduce dosage after two weeks.
Children above 12 years old take 5g once or twice a day, drink additional water or fruit juice (minimum 200ml).

Storage:

• Store in a dry and cool place at a temperature under 25°C and in original packaging to protect the mixture from humidity.
