Directions for use

Directions:
Take two heaped teaspoons or 15ml (approx. 8.5g) daily mixed into liquid alongside food, or as directed by a health practitioner. Perfect to mix into a protein shake or smoothie.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
