Directions:
One serving = 50g
Soak: combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl. Add a milk or liquid of your choice, stir until well combined.
Chill: cover and refrigerate oats overnight.
Enjoy: wake up to a delicious and nutrient packed breakfast!

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
• Consume within 45 days of opening. When soaked in a milk or liquid of your choice, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
