Ingredients: Bacterial culture (55 billion live active healthy cells per capsule; see nutritional information) (in contact with milk and soy), inulin (from chicory root, Cichorium intybus), arabinogalactan (from Larix laricina), antioxidant (L-ascorbic acid).

Allergy advice: For allergens, see ingredients in bold.
There are 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
Additives: Anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), potato starch, enteric-coated capsule PH5D (glacing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; aqueous enteric-coating solution; purified water)

Additional Warnings:

Discontinue use if symptoms of digestive upset persist beyond 3 days.
