Vitamin C, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Iron (as ferrous fumarate), L-Lysine, Biotin, Selenium, tableted with: Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Acetylated Monoglycerides, Colours: Iron Oxide & Titanium Dioxide), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum & Stearic Acid

Directions for use

Directions:
Take three tablets daily for the first six months. Thereafter for maintenance purposes take one to two tablets daily.
Florisene ® should be taken with water, half to one hour before food or on an empty stomach.
It is best to avoid drinks containing milk, tea and coffee, within an hour of taking Florisene ® as these drinks affect absorption of the nutrients.

Storage:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat

Other iron containing supplements should not be taken whilst taking Florisene®.
Florisene®should not be taken whilst taking oral antibiotics.
Florisene®should not be taken within two hours of taking any medication including indigestion remedies.
This amount of iron may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
This product contains iron which if taken in excess may be harmful to young children. Keep out of sight and reach.
Florisene®is safe at the recommended intake. In cases of over dosage seek medical help.
