Each delicious lozenge provides 1,360 mcg DFE (800 mcg) of folate in a well-digested form.Folinic acid is quickly converted into methylfolate, the primary form of folate in the human body. In this way, folinic acid supports optimal methylation, homocysteine levels, and energy.Folinic acid takes a few additional enzyme steps before methyl groups are formed and then released for the body to utilize. Dosage

Initial use for the first week, take ½ a lozenge by mouth, let dissolve slowly, then swallow.

If needing more support, increase to 1 full lozenge.
