Directions:
Shake gently before use.
Vitamin C: Take 1 x 5ml (one teaspoon) once or twice daily (leave 8 hours between 5ml doses).
Glutathione: Take 5–10 ml (one to two teaspoons) daily, equivalent to 250–500mg Glutathione.
You can take directly off the spoon, or individually dilute to taste, or mix both liquids together with water, a cold drink, juice, or smoothie.

Storage:

• Keep refrigerated
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
• Once opened - refrigerate or store in a cool dry place. Refrigeration can improve taste and longevity of your product. Re-place cap immediately after use.
