Liposomal Skin Revitalising Duo pack contains the "mother of antioxidants" in Glutathione Setria® PLUS high-strength Vitamin C 1000mg to support healthy skin. Vitamin C helps to support the glutathione in the tissues, while glutathione converts worn-out vitamin C back into its active form.

Directions:Shake gently before use. Vitamin C: Take 1 x 5ml (one teaspoon) once or twice daily (leave 8 hours between 5ml doses). Glutathione: Take 5–10 ml (one to two teaspoons) daily, equivalent to 250–500mg Glutathione. You can take directly off the spoon, or individually dilute to taste, or mix both liquids together with water, a cold drink, juice, or smoothie.
