Adults: Start with 3 drops, 1-2 times a day. Increase over a 3-4 week period to 4-5 drops, 2 times daily.

Children under 5: Start with 1 drop every other day and proceed slowly. Increase over a 3-4 week period to 1 drop, 1 -2 times daily.

Children ages 5-8: Start with 1 drop, 1 time per day. Increase over a 3-4 week period to 2-3 drops, 1-2 times daily.

Children ages 9-12: Start with 1-2 drops, 1-2 times a day. Increase over a 3-4 week period to 3-4 drops, 1-2 times a day.
