Directions for use

Directions:
Mix 10g (2 to 3 tsp) into a paste with a small amount of water and top up with 150ml of hot or cold plant mylk, water or simply add to a smoothie. Take daily for optimal results.

Storage:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
  • Consume within 60 days of opening, always use a dry spoon
