Directions:
1) Fill a bottle with still water or juice (200 ml)
2) Add the powder
3) Shake the bottle
4) Add the solution
5) Shake the bottle again
6) Drink within 15 minutes
Shaking the drink activates the natural ingredients and the unique SoluSmart® technology, creating tiny bubbles of goodness your system can absorb and use effectively. Feel free to add a little juice for flavour (but nothing cloudy or thick, like a smoothie).

Recommended intake:
Drink just once a day, preferably in the morning or before a meal.
