Water, Sunflower seeds*, Flaxseed* (11.5%), Tapioca flour*, Psyllium husk*, Beetroot* (2%), Sunflower oil*, Apple cider vinegar*, Sea salt, Caraway seed*, Baking soda

Directions for use

Directions:
Eat 25-50g daily which is the equivalent to one to two thin slices.

Storage:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
  • Once opened keep refrigerated for up to three days. Can be sliced and then frozen. Once removed from the freezer, slices can be directly toasted.
