Directions:FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.Dilute in a carrier oil before skin application. Add a few drops to a cotton pad or handkerchief and place under your pillow to help you drift off to sleep. Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a carrier oil and use in massage to promote feelings of calm and tranquillity. Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a base cream or lotion and use in your skincare routine to help calm breakouts and soothe other skin irritations.
