Directions:Adults and age 14+: 15ml (three teaspoons) daily.Children 9 to 13 years: 10ml (two teaspoons) daily.Children 5 to 8 years: 5ml (one teaspoon) daily.Shake bottle well before use. Do not take on an empty stomach. Mix into water, milk or yogurt, or take straight from a spoon. Large doses of vitamin C may, in some cases, be mildly acidic on the stomach. For those who may be particularly sensitive to vitamin C, it is best to divide the daily dose between morning and evening and dilute with liquid.
