Directions:Adults and children aged 14+: 15ml (3 teaspoons) daily.Children aged 9 to 13 years: 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily.Children aged 5 to 8 years: 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily.Do not take on an empty stomach – take with food. Mix into water, milk or yogurt, or take straight from a spoon.Shake bottle well before use.

This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
Large doses of vitamin C may, in some cases, be mildly acidic on the stomach. For those who may be particularly sensitive to vitamin C, it is recommended to divide the daily dose between morning and evening and dilute with liquid.
