Directions:
Take 10ml daily (approx. 2 teaspoons) or as advised otherwise by a healthcare practitioner.
Add to a small glass of cold water or if preferred, direct from the spoon.

Storage:

• Once opened keep refrigerated
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
• Once opened use within 45 days.
