Glucosamine is a naturally occurring sugar that comprises a key building block of joint tissue, tendons, ligaments and cartilage. Glucosamine Sulphate is one of the biological chemicals that forms all the major cushioning ingredients of the joint fluids and surrounding tissues. If the joint cushioning is lost or becomes thin, the bones and cartilage scrape together causing pain and problems with joint movement and flexibility.

As we age, the natural levels of glucosamine present in the body begin to decline, and supplementation becomes important. Extra glucosamine may also be of benefit following physical exertion or trauma, to help rebuild damaged tissues.

Concentrated mixed fruit flavoured glucosamine liquid to dilute with water. Natural flavour with no artificial colours or sweeteners.

Directions:

Shake well before use. Take 10ml (1 capful) daily, diluted with 4 parts water or fruit juice.
