Mix one sachet with 200-250ml of water, or blend into your smoothie, juice, or protein shake. Take any time of day - whether you're resting, on the move, or powering through a busy schedule (avoid taking in the evening). Add powder to an empty glass or bottle before water, stir or shake well, and let it stand for a moment to fully dissolve.
