Directions:
Take two capsules a day with food, can be taken 30 minutes before bed to aid sleep, or before or after exercise to help reduce cramping and tiredness and fatigue.
For under 18’s consult with healthcare practitioner.
Age 9+: one capsule (200mg).
Teens: one to two capsules (200 – 400mg).
