With soothing Arnica, Calendula and St John's wort, as well as essential oils known for the anti-inflammatory properties; Tea Tree and Frankincense. 

Magnesium is an essential micronutrient for relaxation and restful sleep. The majority of the western population are magnesium depleted. Our balm allows natural elemental magnesium to be absorbed directly through the skin, throughout the night.

Apply 5ml to 10ml to your skin at bedtime for your daily dose of magnesium. 

We use the purest Zechstein magnesium chloride, harvested from a primordial sea over 250 million years old and untouched by human activity and pollution.
