Directions:Apply 2.5ml (half a teaspoon, 16 pumps) to skin and massage gently.Make sure skin is free of other oils and lotions. Spray or rub magnesium oil on clean skin. Wait at least 20 minutes before showering it off. Try it first on a small skin surface area with one or two pumps to test for any irritation. If it occurs wash it off with warm soapy water.
