The safety of glutamine in cancer patients has not been established, therefore this product is not recommended to those with cancer. (Please note we are in the process of updating the product labels with this caution but it may be some time before it filters through to appearing on the product pots).This product contains 25mg of vitamin B6. Long term intakes of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
