Wheat fibre (gluten free), Oat fibre (gluten free), Fructooligosaccharides, Galactooligosaccharides, Inulin, Resistant starch (soluble corn fibre), Partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG), Guar fibre, Zinc (from Zinc Citrate 3-hydrate).

Directions for use

Directions:
Start with 5g a day (half a scoop) and gradually build up to 10g a day (one scoop). Make sure to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day to keep your fibre flowing. Add to food or drink, including smoothies, water, coffee, tea, yogurt, soups, or sauces. This is a flavourless powder so you can easily dissolve it into food and hot or cold drinks.
